What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the quote form or in your message: your name, company name, email address, phone number and shipment details. We use them to respond to your enquiry and prepare a transport offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract) and to stay in touch on business matters (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we start working together, for the period required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations.
Recipients
Data may only be shared with service providers who support us technically (e.g. hosting and email providers) under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only save your chosen language in your browser's storage (localStorage) so that the language screen is not shown again. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
